This allows us to provide a rate that is $100-$200 less than other detached homes on the island.

Beach access is a short walk to the right as you leave the house, down the sidewalk at Barwick Ave. Sound access is at Rocky Mount Ave. Bikes, games and chairs are on site for you to use.

South End Stuff



The best restaurant on the island is a bike ride away at Beach Shoppe Grill. The best food truck is Lewis Seafood's truck and it is NOT to be missed! Also enjoy Larry's Deli-que, Scoops Ice Cream, Mini-golf, roller skating rink. Check out Blue Gracias gallery, White Crab books, and The Gift Shop. Godwin's market is a very well-stocked convenience store with a hot dog stand as well. All within biking distance.



Explore



Take the bikes and ride to the Point all the way south. Check out the many beach and sound access points for a variety of views. Or call Tuck's Water Shuttle and he'll take you on a sunset cruise or out for a day trip along the waterway. Live music can be found at Beach Shoppe and sometimes Larry's. Bowling, booze, axe throwing and more can be found at High Tide Good Vibes in Surf City.
